- Administer and interpret tests to assess residents with occupational therapy-related concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical records and observation
- Evaluate resident progress and effectiveness of treatment
- Prepare progress and statistical reports
- Provide staff training on relevant topics
- Bachelors or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the Nova Scotia College of Occupational Therapists
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial
- A passion for ensuring quality care for seniors
