Junior Outside Sales Representative needed in Whistler - Remote/Hybrid
Do you love dealing with excellent do that everyday, and we are looking to expand our customer service team with an entry-level dynamic individual who enjoys providing solutions and helping people.
This position will start as an Apprentice and be trained in the Sea to Sky Region by our current established senior Outside Sales Representative. This role requires a multi-faceted individual who combines excellent communication skills with problem solving solutions (which are provided by our expert team). This position allows you to get in at the ground level and assist an established Outside Sales Rep. You must have a vehicle as you will be required to travel between Whistler and Vancouver (you will be reimbursed for this travel). Open-ended commissions available above and beyond base wage.

Sales Assistant duties and responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders accurately and completely
- Prepping quotations
- Data entry
- Mapping out cold calls
- Pulling reports/equipment lists
- Generate quotes from our technicians and handle customer service inquiries.
- Answer inquiries.
- Record and modify customer information within the database.
Skills necessary to succeed in this role:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to build and maintain client and customer databases
- Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible
- Accurate data entry skills with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Excellent decisionmaking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite.
- High level of Accountability.
Assessments will be administered during the interview process.
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
