We're hiring a fast, detail-driven lead generation specialist who can turn incomplete business data into accurate,owner-level lead lists — quickly. This is not a basic VA role and not a slow,
academic research job.
Rapidly researching businesses to identify the true owner
or primary decision-maker Producing clean, usable lead lists on tight timelines,
including: Owner first name (with confidence level) Best email to reach them Correct phone number Verifying data across multiple sources efficiently Business websites Google Maps Instagram & Facebook Yelp and other directories Using scraping,enrichment,and validation tools to move fast at scale Flagging uncertainty instead of guessing but not getting stuck chasing perfection Delivering lists that sales can use immediately What good looks like You work quickly without being sloppy You know when data is good enough to ship You can distinguish owner vs manager in seconds You don't overthink simple businesses You hit deadlines without being chased Sales doesn t complain about your data Required experience Proven experience in lead generation,outbound research or data enrichment Comfortable researching small to mid-sized businesses Familiar with scraping and enrichment tools Strong written English Able to work under time pressure Nice to have(not required) Experience building large lists quickly Advanced workflow or automation experience Prior support of outbound sales teams Pay & structure Hourly contract role Competitive rate based on speed + accuracy Ongoing work available for someone who can deliver consistently and fast Howto apply A short note on how you balance speedand accuracy Examples of lead lists you've built(screenshots or descriptions are fine) Tools you've used tobuilt listquickly Ifyou'refastaccurateanddon'tneedhand-holding we wantto talk Contract durationofmore than6months.with40hourper week Mandatory skills ListBuilding ProspectList DataScraping DataEntry LeadGeneration
