Title:
Project Coordinator

Summary


Reporting to their respective Project Manager, the project coordinator is responsible for planning, executing and delivering corporate projects on time, and in accordance to specifications.


Job Duties

  • Track and log shop drawings
  • Process change orders and RFIs
  • Communicate with and provide information to subtrades
  • Material takeoffs and pricing
  • Scheduling
  • Site visits and meeting minutes
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • A CET or similar designation is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Assertive and decisive with problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours periodically as required for site visits
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize well

Working Conditions

  • Travel is occasionally required
  • Sitting for extended periods of time

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:
