One Floral Group is a wholesale flower producer that provides tailored floral solutions to retail customers throughout North America and is one of the fastest growing producers of floral products.

Our business has over four million square feet of growing and production space in more than six facilities in three different climate zones.

We have the ability to grow and build a variety of products, including potted plants and planters, outdoor lawn and garden plants, and vegetable propagation in the best conditions.


The successful applicant will provide administrative support in the provision of Human Resources services at the Leamington and Kingsville greenhouse facilities of One Floral.

Competencies Required:

  • 1 2 years' admin experience
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to organize workload effectively
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Primary Responsibilities_

  • Provide administrative support, data analysis and reports
  • Process employee time and attendance
  • Support during the onboarding process
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly filing system
  • Adhere to the consistent interpretation of company policies, procedures and programs
  • Execute payroll administration in conjunction with HR team members
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR and employment law
  • Other duties as assigned

Health and Safety_

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Recognize unsafe conditions and practices, and make corrections to prevent injuries and property loss.
  • Follow and enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, the Occupational Health & Safety Act, and other relevant Codes and Standards.
  • Cooperate in the preparation of material/evidence for use in hearings and insurance investigations.

  • Reports to the Human Resources Manager
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Hours of work: M-F 8 am 12 pm (Flexible schedule)
  • Salary: $18/hr
