Our clients use our research as a base for strategic decision-making and to understand trend impacts on organizational functions such as Research and Development (R&D), Product Planning and Development, Human Resource Management, Technology Planning, Innovation Scouting, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing.
The
_Research Consultant _ensures research fulfillment of consulting engagements and syndicated project work, makes strategic and tactical recommendations, and assists with the development of strong business partnerships.
The Research Consultant will typically operate as the primary analyst on syndicated research projects and play a supporting research role in consulting engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Researches and authors strategic trendsbased insights, typically in PowerPoint format, through analyzing key data
- Clearly executes research methodologies as designated by a consultant or research manager
- Conducts primary interviews to validate and enhance
- When required, works very much on the client's behalf, and sees the results in that context
- Becomes an active intellectual contributor to project teams, helping design the direction or work and solutions for clients
- Works toward becoming an expert in selected domain areas of focus
Qualifications:
- Proven research experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong time management skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills works to get at the root cause of problems
- Strong outofthebox and creative thinking
- Some quantitative skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, include PowerPoint and Excel
Essential
- Previous analyst experience in a business environment, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Demonstration of experience troubleshooting complex problems and providing the initiative to find creative solutions
- A keen eye in spotting visionary or innovative trends
- Understanding of the current technology trends
- Motivated selfstarter
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to take on new learning areas and rapidly upskill
Desirable
- Frost & Sullivan prides itself on its multinational teams; therefore a command of another language (especially Spanish) would be advantageous.

Salary Range:
$90K-112K CAD + Bonus
