Are you a creative, passionate content creator with a love for sports? We want YOU to join our team as a part-time social media content creator At TOP Sports, we are dedicated to providing young athletes with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field and ice, and we need a skilled content creator to help us tell our story on our social channels and websites.


As our social media content creator, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and execute your own content strategy that aligns with our mission and goals.

You'll be responsible for creating video and photo content, producing short reels and videos, and delivering 3-4 pieces of content each week.

You'll work closely with our Executive Director to develop content that highlights the Academy's programs and success stories, as well as highlighting our coaching staff and player.

We will monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track the success of content and make improvements as needed, and your work will be featured weekly on our social media and websites.

To be the perfect fit for this role, you'll need to have:

  • Strong videography and editing skills
  • Experience creating shortform visual content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok style videos, photos etc)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems
  • A passion for youth sports and an understanding of the youth sports landscape
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCATED IN TORONTO, OR BE WILLING TO COMMUTE A FEW TIMES PER WEEK.
