Job summary
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in creating basic site plans.- We do not usually get any specific floor plans from them so we are needing someone who can work with us through possibly 2 or 3 drafts to get a site plan that will work for the location.
- The main thing we are needing is a professional looking preliminary site plan that we can present to our client to show them what we could possibly build on their plot of land.
- The details that need to be shown on these are the drive lanes, parking, detention ponds, and any other project specific details.
