- size residential condominium board is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for a townhome complex consisting of 26 units located in the Chatham, ON.


Pay Rate:
To be established based on experience. Please submit your hourly rate with your resume


Working hours:

• Will be required to work approximately, 5 hours per a week and be available for emergency after hours calls.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:
The garbage and recycling will have to be sorted out in the garbage enclosure area. Enclosure area to be always kept clean.

Garbage and recycling to be brought to the end of the street for pick up by the City once per week.

Monitor Landscaping and Snow Removal contracts, pick up loose garbage on the property into on site garbage containers, monitor garbage bins for pick up, perform visual inspections for signs of vandalism or other damage.

Throughout the year - Complete a visual of all the 5 blocks. Garbage and recycling. Parking lot cleaning (if required). Troubleshoot Owner/Occupant calls referred by the property manager.

Repairs to common areas - for e.g., if the garbage enclosure needs repairs.

Spring and Summer - Approximately about 5 hours each week comprising of garbage and recycling and parking lot cleanup. Correspond with property manager on the visual work completed by landscaping contractors.

Fall and Winter - Roof drains need to be cleaned out in the fall. Sidewalks to be salted (if necessary). Correspond with property manager on the visual work completed by snow removal contractors.


Qualifications:

• Experience (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Working at Heights certified
• Must have reliable vehicle
• Technician must have standard technician tools to be stored in vehicle
• Valid Driver's license
• A+ Certification
