We are looking for
a Bilingual Customer Support Representative
who wants to join a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service for our partners
across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our Partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expect
- Ask great questions in order to identify the Partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
- Provide worldclass customer service during every customer interaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working inbound customer service or call center environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in fast paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Full tim availability in our Pickering, ON head office
Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday to 8:00am to 11:00pm and Saturday to Sunday 9:00am to 9:00pm
