Requirements:


  • Minimum 35 years experience
  • Must provide your own vehicle and tools
  • Fall Arrest and/or WHMIS training an asset

Duties and responsibilities:

  • General maintenance and repairs to residential and commercial buildings
  • Drywalling
  • Minor electrical
  • Minor plumbing

Basic Heat Pump and HVAC repairs and maintenance

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
Must be bondable and able to provide a current criminal record check.

Compensation includes wages plus a vehicle allowance.
