Responsibilities:

Be a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming projects
Assist the project manager in the daytoday management of projects and staff to ensure quality, client standards, and schedule requirements are met
Track and directly report project status updates to the project manager
Help problemsolve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
Enter information into and manage the digital project databases
Help coordinate and manage the project from inception to completion
Coordinate with fabricators, engineers, and architects to meet project requirements
Manage RFIs and Change Orders
Prepare drawing packages and issue them to the client per scheduled delivery dates
Ensure the project adheres to a set schedule and is meeting the goals of the client

Qualifications:

Any level of knowledge of Tekla Structures or detailing software.
Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction and fabrication and the ability to read drawings
Selfmotivated and able to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance
Deadlinedriven with attention to detail
Organized and detailoriented
Skilled collaborator
Excels in a highpaced work environment
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to multitask effectively
Focused and supportive to management at all times
Selfstarter who works well independently
