We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for a 1-year Site Supervisor contract.

The Site Supervisor will oversee hospitality construction and renovation projects, ensuring all work meets design, quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone experienced in restaurant, bar, and commercial kitchen builds.

Description
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities.
Lead daily on‑site meetings and maintain detailed superintendent reports.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance; document all incidents and complete required reporting.
Support procurement activities including issuing POs and verifying deliveries.
Liaise with operations, culinary, IT, and property management teams to ensure smooth handovers and minimal operational disruptions.
Communicate project updates clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate RFQs/RFPs and manage subcontractor relationships.
Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Profile
A successful Site Supervisor should have:10+ years of experience in hospitality construction (restaurant, bar, commercial kitchen) or equivalent.
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings; excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
In‑depth knowledge of kitchen and bar equipment requirements and cost considerations.
Excellent communication skills with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
Skilled in conflict resolution, decision‑making, and innovative problem‑solving.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Must be willing to travel to job sites.
Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
Able to collaborate with diverse personalities and management levels.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 CAD.
