We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Vancouver Speech Therapy, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, development, and implementation of behavior intervention programs for clients with speech and language challenges.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and enhance communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior analytic programs.
- Collaborate with speechlanguage pathologists and other team members to integrate behavior analysis into overall treatment plans.
- Provide training and support to clients' families, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention programs.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with speech and language challenges preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
