Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for a strategic Lead/Growth Generator with a sharp focus on identifying, nurturing, and converting opportunities for business growth.
This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about utilizing a mix of marketing strategies and analytics to propel Fireball Equipment into new markets and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement growth strategies to expand our business and increase revenue, with a keen focus on digital channels.
- Leverage HubSpot to create and manage sequence automations for lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and optimizing the lead conversion path.
- Utilize Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing platforms to maximize our online presence and attract highquality leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify untapped opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, making datadriven adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Develop content strategies that resonate with our target audiences, guiding them through the buying journey from awareness to conversion.
- Experiment with new lead generation channels and tactics to continually refine our growth approach.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business goals, working closely with product and sales teams to support overall objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating innovative ideas into our growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in roles focused on lead generation, digital marketing, and growth hacking.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools for measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a proven track record of driving growth through marketing initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to lead projects independently and achieve results.
