Description

North by Northwest Ventures is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance professional to help NXNW's Maintenance division.

We are looking for an individual who excels in producing quality work and has a breadth of experience with landscape maintenance.

You are punctual, creative, and personable. You are a full-stack maintenance professional that has the ability to mow, identify weeds, trim, prune, etc.

Reports to:
Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure good health and immaculate presentation of gardens, pruning of ornamental trees, shrubs, and hedges, weeding, lawn care, mowing, pest control, bed work, line edging.
Clean and maintain all hardscapes and paved areas.
Installation of plant material and garden renovations as required.
Perform as a team player with a focus on optimism, passion, and problemsolving.
Efficiently complete landscape tasks according to plan, with a focus on quality and production time.
Effective communication with management teams and crew members.

Requirements:

Perform work efficiently and demanding excellence in quality of work.
Professional Character, Client Service Skills, and team management is a must.
Ability to use and teach others all known maintenance equipment and tools.
Able to fix and maintain equipment and tools when needed.
Experience with driving trucks with trailers is a major asset.
Full PPE (when necessary) Steel Toe Boots, Hard Hat, Reflective Vest. (Not required all the time)

The interview process will be in-person to test your knowledge of maintenance-related work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$19.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
