  • Growth potential to supervisor level or higher

Responsibilities:


  • Provides direction and support to other members of the team when needed and can step in for Supervisor when required.
  • Lead, train and motivate team members to achieve team goals.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate others to achieve within the required timeframe
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintains a safe work environment as a top priority.
  • Ensure that team members SPQP (safety, people, quality, productivity) needs are met
  • Responsible for reporting daily shift progress status and personnel issues to supervisor
  • Comfortable within a fast paced work environment and adhere to high quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
