Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
Previous experience in technical sales or technologyrelated industries is a plus
