    A temporary part time (0.6) Primary Teacher is required by School District No. Secondary School.
    Hudson's Hope School is a close community composed of students ages 0 years to grade twelve. The age range within the school allows for incredible intergenerational teaching and learning experiences for our students.

    Our school is nestled in the Peace River valley, within walking distance of the Peace River, and a short drive to the School District's Cameron Lake Outdoor Education Center.

    Hudson's Hope School boasts an amazing outdoor education program, an indoor top-rope climbing wall, and an Equine Studies/Natural Horsemanship program.

    Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate (or eligible for)
    Experience/training/knowledge of Social Emotional Learning. Demonstrated ability to create a positive classroom community contributing to a safe, caring, and healthy school where every student feels a sense of belonging
    Strong belief in the philosophy of inclusion and the potential of all students to learn
    Understanding of the BC Curriculum and ability to plan both short-term and long-term in consideration of class composition
    Willingness to work in a collaborative model with staff on the foundation of enhancing student learning

    2000 relocation allowance for teachers from BC, AB and Yukon and up to $4000 for teachers from other areas.

    $2,947 recruitment allowance (paid over 10 months of the school year, based on the FTE)
