Your Role at KIK
The Business Systems Analyst, reports to the Manager of JDE Applications.

You will be part of high-performance team of JDEdwards business analysts who support, provide advisory and implement new functionality around Sales & Distribution, EDI, Integrations with Oracle Transportation Management, Procurement and Manufacturing modules of E1.

This position is 100% remote with occasional travel.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage directly with business users, process owners and management alongside IT/IS team interfaces.
  • Manage configuration, business process changes, functional specifications, testing, user manuals and training documentation
  • Provide support for integrations between JDEdwards and other systems: internal and external (EDI).
  • Develop and maintain credibility and effective working relations with leadership, business users, process owners and fellow team members in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems, as well as IT/IS strategies, issues, and priorities.
  • Facilitate development of solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, technological options, and process facilitation techniques.
  • Advise on options, risks, resource requirements, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
  • Forge relationships with the business. Demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and the ability to lead Power Users and effectively interface with various Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain managers.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or another businessrelated field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consumerpackaged goods manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of functional analyst experience in JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management and Shop Floor Management modules and processes in addition to basic knowledge across other modules.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the process design, functional specification, configuration, support and troubleshooting of various modules.
  • Experience in data conversions and master data management.
  • Experience defining, testing and troubleshooting JDE Enterprise One to 3rd party system data interfaces.
  • Experience with integration to 3rd party systems and system transition involving nonJDE ERP systems.
  • Experience with acquisitions, full life cycle implementation and project management
  • Previous experience in business process reengineering or process improvement, involving broad based information systems and utilizing advanced tools and techniques to effect business change.
  • Ability to understand the business needs and convert into clear and detailed requirements and specifications.
  • Demonstrated competency in project planning and delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured hands on environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple inputs and competing requirements. Must be willing to travel up to 20%.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $120,000-130,000.

The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
