Role preferably to be based out of Canada (Toronto)

Primary Responsibilities:

Understand and execute the territory plan and promotional calendar within all accounts.
Develop and nurture relationships with account personnel.
Maintain a schedule of 100% demand generation (selling) in stores, Tuesday
Saturday.
Review VM renderings and ensure flawless execution in stores.
Support Director on coordinating field visits.
Exemplify highest standard of sales and customer service skills.
Maintain superior knowledge of brand and product information.
Assist each account with inventory management assessing and communicating areas of opportunity with manager.
Adhere to corporate policies and deadlines in a timely, concise manner.
Collaborate with manager to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
Regularly communicate with manager on territory needs, notable happenings, and competitive sales trends

Required Qualifications:

Driven, tenacious, and accountable
Strong attention to detail and organizational/time management skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
13 years in Retail Account Management preferred or 3 years equivalent experience in Cosmetic/Aesthetic/Beauty industry
Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business partnerships
Excellent communication & presentation skills — verbal, nonverbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, changing environment
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Able to work evenings and weekends, including some overnight travel
Physical requirements include:
Stand for minimum of 5 hours time in stores/events
Lift up to 25 lbs for product samples/event kits
Ability to drive distances up to 34 hours
The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 (CAD). _The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget._
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary quarterly bonus plan, based on personal retail sales performance and overall company results._
