Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables.

This role is the technical contact person for the manfucturing area and makes sure that machines can operate smoothly after changes and breakdowns.

The Manufacturing Technician maintains equipment lifetime by implementing preventive maintenance measures as well as improvements.


So, what will you be doing as a Manufacturing Technician?

  • Based on technical skill (electrician, mechanics, control, tooling) responsible for equipment start up after change over, breakdown, shutdown (incl. first of tool parts)
  • Based on technical skill (electrician, mechanics, control, tooling) responsible for accompanying shift process support for the runing equipment ensuring product to print.
  • Based on technical skill (electrician, mechanics, tooling) responsible for resolving smaller equipment issues during the shift
  • Support for fulfilling the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Support in the identification and implementation of improvement activities for all manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Ensure legal and EHS compliance in regards to the implemented manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and or tertiary deputy/back-up roles as assigned and required on occasion by the business.

Educational requirements, Certifications:
Trained Technician (Electrician, Mechanics, Control, Tooling, or the like


Knowledge, Skills and Ability:


  • Technical expertise in respective area
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of LEAN methods (TPM, SMED, or the like) and preventive maintenance
