We are looking for someone who is driven by continuous improvement and is willing to help shape our growing processes to join our growing team.


Here is what you'll be doing every week:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their objectives and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and TBRs (Technology Business Reviews).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our range of IT services and solutions to meet client needs and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client requirements.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage expectations to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports and reviews to clients, showcasing value delivered and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic account plans and goals.

Qualifications:


  • Business Degree in IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the IT, technology, or MSP industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and managed services offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools for account management.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a customercentric attitude.

$35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
