    Description

    GENERAL SUMMARYThis is a frontline supervisor position that supports the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture and manages specific day-to-day operations, flex routes and assigned Flex Driver staff within a station.

    Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient B2C package delivery network through the supervision of flex drivers exclusively.

    The P&D Supervisor has oversight for all flex functions and ensures administrative processes are compliant with FXE policies and procedures.


    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    College Diploma or Equivalent
    3 years FedEx or industry experience
    Must possess valid driver's license and a good driving record

    Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) – Basic
    Solid knowledge of Ops systems/applications
    Successfully complete defensive driver's training
