- Minimum eight (8) years experience desktop engineering or a related field supporting a large scale endpoints), mission critical enterprise in a 24x7 operating environment.
- Resource must be able to lift packages of up to 25 lbs.
- Management & Administration of SCCM/MECM Environment
- Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized windows images. (Desired Configuration Management)
- Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI and MSIX.
- Microsoft SQL scripting, queries & reporting expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
- Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday)
- Windows 10/11 Advanced Technical Experience
- Advanced experience Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, management.
- Desktop & Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting & Repair Nice To Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years Experience Computer Support (Tier 2)
- CompTIA A+
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
- Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
- Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbook's for field workers.
