About the Role
We are seeking a
Project/Service Coordinator to join our Parts & Service team.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, service technicians, and customers in the planning and execution of aftersales service contracts.

As this is a new role, you will be empowered to carve your own path according to your unique vision.

Responsibilities

Work closely with production to prepare comprehensive action plans for projects, including resources, timeframes, and budget
Independently manage smaller projects from start to finish, communicating with customers and internally coordinating on scope, budgets, schedules, and other facets of the project
Manage service calls and other customer requests through quoting, scheduling of service calls, and follow up
Coordinate customer site visits with Field Service Technicians, working proactively to effectively utilize their time and expertise
Maintain service activity overviews and a recurring contact system to drive further service work

Requirements:

Postsecondary diploma/degree in Business or a related field
At least one year of experience in a customerfocused role
Excellent problemsolving and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
