SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Mammoet is looking for task-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Fort McMurray region. Our positions offer the opportunity to develop industry-specific skills and grow your career.

We are providing work in a fast-paced environment as a part of an administration team that is crucial to the organization's success and growth.

The individual will be working at our Fort McMurray Branch once training is completed.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner
  • Proactively maintaining knowledge of processes for payroll, timesheets, LEMS, reports, invoicing, and all documentation for the office/ site
  • Facilitate training for all incoming office/site administration
  • Recommend, review, and evaluate documents, LEMS, reports, invoices, payroll submissions
  • Assist where necessary with internal and external financial audits
  • Work with other areas to ensure proper execution of overdue accounts receivables and/ or aging AR collections
  • Assists with processing crane work orders from several different sites/jobs
  • Create customer invoices for daymarket projects
  • Creation of Purchase Orders and Good Receipts in SAP
  • Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clients
  • Diagnose problems and propose solutions by working closely with operations to ensure work orders are accurate before they are presented to the client
  • Tracking performance and keeping systems up to date as needed
  • Responsible for providing essential coverage for colleagues to maintain uninterrupted operations and services

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution
  • Office Administration Diploma or Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of office experience, previous site or industry experience is an asset
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Be flexible to work on a wide variety of projects, tasks, and assignments, combined with changing prioritizations
