Your Opportunity

Our Vancouver & Toronto office is looking for a Consultant to join our Forensics Advisory team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigative research to include review and analysis of public records research in Canada, the U.S. and beyond
  • Exemplify familiarity of the Investment Migration space
  • Support relationships with BDO's current and prospective clients and actively participate in discussions and meetings with engagement teams to provide client service excellence
  • Conduct fraud, corruption, moneylaundering and other investigations
  • Draft final deliverables to clients
  • Develop relationships with peers within BDO and current and prospective clients

Your experience and education

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business or other related field
  • 12 years of experience in conducting investigative due diligence
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work with teams as well as individually under deadlines
  • Language capabilities such as Arabic (LATAM/Middle East Regions) is a plus
  • Knowledge of current affairs/ Political affairs/ Cultural knowledge
