Reporting to the restaurant manager, the server sees to customer service according to established standards, both in the dining room and at the banquet.


Task description:


  • Greet and serve customers and collect payments
  • Set up the dining room as well as the bar for morning, noon and evening services
  • Closing the till after his shift
  • Assembly of rooms for banquet functions
  • Maintain the premises and the equipment necessary for the service

Skills:


  • Work experience in a unionized environment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the hotel environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to demonstrate customer orientation

Training:


  • DES (secondary school diploma)

Languages:


  • Bilingual (French-English) spoken and written is required in this position, as we serve an international clientele
