    Le directeur du service après-vente est responsable de l'intégrité, de la progression et de la profitabilité de la succursale en maintenant et en soutenant les objectifs de l'entreprise par la gestion efficace et la croissance des opérations de pièces et de service.
    En tant que directeur du service après-vente, VOUS aurez la possibilité de :

    Gérer tous les objectifs de la succursale en matière de pièces et de service et veiller à ce qu'ils soient atteints
    Fournir des conseils administratifs et stratégiques aux subordonnés directs sur les politiques de Toromont et de Caterpillar
    Développer et définir les budgets et les prévisions des pièces et service, gérer les performances du service pour atteindre les objectifs/engagements
    Rechercher activement des contrats sur le territoire pour soutenir les ventes d'équipement, de pièces et de service
    Assurer la liaison avec le groupe Équipement lourd pour les questions de vente et de service
    Cinq ans d'expérience dans un poste de direction
    Forte aptitude technique et connaissance de l'industrie
