Scope of Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen, lounge areas and meeting rooms, including setup/cleanup and cleaning of dishes
- Adhere to firm guidelines on cleaning, ensure best practices and service standards are being met
- Utilize meeting room booking tool (Rendezvous) to pull daily reports, input and track costs/budgets and confirm food and beverage services are arranged as per client requirements
- Monitor stock levels, replenish kitchen & pantry supplies, maintain storage rooms/areas and place supply orders as required
- Under guidance of Lead, place daily catering and special event orders
- Ensure a positive client experience; respond to client requests and inquiries and act quickly to solve problems
- Assist Client Services and Event Team with event preparation and set up as needed
- Provide assistance to others during absences as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalency
- A designation is not required
- 13 years of relevant experience within a professional services environment
- Proficiency in rolespecific software, including Rendezvous, DM
- Discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- A team player who takes initiative and works well independently
- Demonstrates excellent client service and ability to anticipate client needs
