The restaurant manager is responsible for developing a budget to determine the cost of food ingredients alcohol kitchen cleaning supplies evaluating daily operations modifying food preparation methods menu prices according to the restaurant budget monitoring staff performance planning organizing daily operations recruiting staff setting schedules supervising training balancing cash completing balance sheets reports related forms conducting performance reviews organizing maintaining inventory ensuring health safety regulations are followed negotiating arrangements suppliers food other supplies addressing customers complaints providing customer service.Qualifications:
- College CEGEP non-university certificate diploma program years years equivalent experience.
