SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Production Supervisors, the clean up is responsible for keeping the production floor clean, lowering the pallet boxes to the compactor, lowering the pallets of finished products to Level 1 and assisting employees on the production lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep the production floor clean;
Clean the floor manually or with the machine (Zamboni);
Bring the pallets of finished products to the warehouse;
Bring the pallet boxes to the compactor and make the cardboard balls when the compactor is full;
Clean the wash areas daily;
Ensure adequate communication with supervisors;
Assist on packaging lines when necessary;
Lock key equipment when it is not in use;
Do any other tasks requested by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent experience;
Ability to lift loads of more than 30 pounds;
Knowledge of all production chains;
Capacity to read and write in English and/or in French.

SKILLS:

Speed of learning;
Demonstrate flexibility and initiative;
Have a good sense of organization.
