    Nous sommes une entreprise biopharmaceutique innovante qui se distingue par sa division de génériques de calibre mondial. Nous cherchons des professionnels motivés pour les postes suivants Directeur(trice) principal(e), ventes et engagement client

    Au sein de notre équipe canadienne, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos départements internes (marketing, approvisionnement, finances) et superviserez directement une équipe d'environ 50 personnes réparties dans trois services. Votre rôle consiste à encourager une culture de rendement et de développement continu.

    Principales responsabilités quotidiennes :

    • Définition stratégique : Définissez la stratégie commerciale du produit pour atteindre les objectifs visés par le secteur commercial ; conçoitiez-vous des plans visant à augmenter les revenus aux détails au sein du marché canadien ; stimulez l'engagement clients via divers moyens marketing;
    • Rôle interfonctionnel : Travaillez en tandem étroit avec vos collègues issus des fonctions relatives au marketing afin d’élaborer puis exécuter davantage votre plan fiscal global incluant ce schéma dentaire déjà précisé,
