Skatescribe is a fast‑growing Canadian technology company transforming hockey through advanced robotic skate sharpening and profiling systems. Our precision CNC equipment is used by high-end pro shops, performance centers, and professional hockey teams across North America, including NHL organizations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated equipment at customer sites.

Travel Requirement: Travel across North America may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues remotely and on‑site

• Travel for installations, service, and repairs

• Provide on‑call and on-video support as needed

• Maintain service documentation and deliver excellent customer support

Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams

• Experience with automated or industrial equipment

• Ability to work independently in a travel‑heavy role

• Strong English communication skills (required for working with licensees and professional hockey teams)

Assets

• Field service experience

• Automation, robotics, or CNC experience

• Passion for hockey
