The Supervisor/Dispatcher reports directly to the Operation Director

JOB SUMMARY:

ACTIVITIES:

Supervise all Ontario Drivers
Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day;
Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers;
Solid multitasking skills and ability to prioritize calls according to urgency;
Act as a communication liaison through the twoway truck radio system and answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road;
Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders;
Keeps customers or Catalys teams, informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions;
Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes;
Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries;
All other duties as assigned.

6. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 3 years experiences as dispatcher or other relevant position.

Education:
Diploma in related fields

Language:
Fluent in English spoken and written.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$21.03-$28.50 per hour
