About the role
We're looking for an Accounting Service Representative to join our growing team

What you'll do here:

Provide and help support exceptional customer service to internal departments by responding to payments, refunds, billing arrangements, payment methods and account discrepancies.
Amend payment schedules as required to update instalments, analyze and resolve payment discrepancy issues.
Handle unresolved issues regarding payments, disbursements, billing arrangements, payment methods and account discrepancies
Work closely with the Customer Accounts team and underwriting teams
Scan/Post payments and statements to our A/R system accurately and maintain an electronic filing system
Use a variation of software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook to generate spreadsheets, update databases & records

In office postition (2 days a week)

What you bring to the table:

Post secondary education preferred
At least one year of customer service experience preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills required
Ability to multitask is essential
Must be detailed oriented and able to organize and prioritize work load
Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
Resourceful and able to deal with tight deadlines at month end
Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
