Position Description:


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations, the Customer Support Services Rep will provide a high level of customer service and admin support for the Facilities Operations team, including: Facilities Ops Admin, Mailroom, Move Team, Housekeeping, Linen, Transport, Plant Operations and Protection Services.

The Customer Support Services rep will support the day-to-day activities of the Facilities Ops admin functions.

  • Supports day to day activities of the admin team; acts as a back up for the mail room
  • Respond to inquiries and triage calls to appropriate respondents
  • Ensure all administrative tasks including but not limited to are completed and processed within predetermined timelines:
  • Payroll
  • Purchase order requisitions
  • Invoicing
  • Office supplies
  • Staff inquiries
  • Sole sources
  • Updating absence reports and tracking
  • Other general administrative tasks
  • Works with Management to maintain integrity of asset data
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 23 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Experience working in a hospital environment
  • Proficient is using Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
  • Experience working with various software solutions such as Peoplesoft, Sharepoint

Skills/Experience Desired:

  • Detailed oriented and works under a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates superior communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous changing situations

Employment Type: 1 year full-time contract position (35 hours/week)
