Support with case investigation and hands-on lab reproduction for issues occurred with Remote and indoor radios in customer networks
Get familiarand execute Test Object List test cases for new Radios developed in Radio Product Canada RPCA
Gather experience with Qualcomm UE SW support PC installation in lab E Supportwith test cases automation by designing Moshell scripts for Node configuration NG-OLLS new features activation e.g Flexible IBW Attend prepare workshops participation in knowledge transfer sessions Perform data analysis relating to Ericsson radios the performance of our CIIG Customer Issue & Investigation Group team Automate use AI tools agents frequently.
Average salary range: $25.5 - $34.5/hour x 40 hours/week = $10320 - $13760/month x 12 months/year = $123840 - $165120/year
