Description
We are looking for a temporary office support person to assist with the electronic capture of personal income tax information and the collating and printing of returns once they have been completed.
This term position could evolve into a full time permanent position based on performance.Job Description:
- Compiling and scanning personal tax documents for processing (Donation receipts, medical receipts, Tslips).
- Printing and collating completed tax returns.
- Efiling completed tax returns.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Thrive under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Fluent in MS Office and the use of office productivity tools.
- Must be comfortable learning and using technology (tax software, etc).
- Knowledge of personal income tax documents and exposure to basic bookkeeping would be an asset.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
