We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Leader to join our team in Halifax, NS. As our Manager of Regional Marketing and National Referral Programs, you'll play a vital role in driving our business.

You will work closely with our sales channels, national marketing team, and community TV, and be the driving force behind executing marketing and sales strategies to propel regional revenue growth.

What You Can Expect:


Regional Sales and Marketing:


  • Take charge and shape the sales and marketing plan for the vibrant territories of NS, NB, and PEI.
  • Create and design national sponsorship strategies and masterfully manage the regional sponsorship budget.
  • Get ready to rock regional sales events, strategically executing them to achieve mindblowing sales, revenue, and expense objectives.
  • Discover new marketing opportunities and regional consumer insights.

What You Will Bring:


Qualifications:


  • A postsecondary education in business or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing execution or sales management, ideally in a regional office setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing strategies while effectively managing multiple complex priorities
  • A keen sense of urgency, thriving in a fastpaced environment where every second counts
  • A deeprooted passion for tackling challenges headon and delivering measurable results
