Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Halton Healthcare Services is seeking individuals who are competent in their chosen profession; patient/customer focused; are team players; effective communicators; caring and respectful and are fiscally responsible.

Clinical experience with a diploma or degree and in good standing with their respective college or Information Technology Degree or Diploma or equivalent education/work experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire others
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
Demonstrated clinical expertise an asset
Demonstrated research skills an asset
Demonstrated change agent
Demonstrated writing and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Project management experience an asset
Quality improvement experience an asset
Knowledge of Meditech Expanse an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office product line including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be physically able to do the job
Satisfactory employment and attendance record required
