Job description
- Process Accounts Payable, ensuring proper authorities, receipts, coding, and payment, as well as managing vendor payment interaction
- To handle customers' inquiries regarding statements, invoice reconciliation, price adjustments, etc.
- Assist with the monthend process.
- Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Other accountingrelated matters and special projects as required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Support other departments.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, or financial management is preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Chinese communication ability preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
