We are hiring an Operations Officer to join the IMS team – working on activities associated with trade matching and flow monitoring.
As an Operations Officer of the Market Solutions Team your role will include:
Understanding of OTC products and integration of transactions in the Middle Office application
Reconcile OTC cleared transactions with Clearing brokers
Handle the reconciliation of Middle Office positions
Ensure accurate trade capture & validations
Manage life‑cycle events: amendments, novations, reset, terminations, exercises
Process listed derivatives (futures, options)
Ensure timely trade matching with exchanges and clearing brokers
Monitor trade feeds from exchanges (CME, ICE, Eurex)
Position and cash reconciliation
Ensure strict adherence to exchange cut‑off times
