The
Accounts Payable Technician will be responsible to include and manage all processes related to the carrier invoices on a daily basis and ensure that the account is up to date.

Accounts Payable Technician for our office located in LaSalle, Quebec.

Job Summary:


  • Process full purchasetopay cycle of non trade accounts payable billings. including reconciling and validating invoices.
  • Vendor and Carrier statement reconciliation.
  • Create and maintain Vendor files.
  • Carrier file maintenance.
  • Validation and approval of carrier invoices.
  • Processing payment for both carriers and vendors.
  • Prepare Owner Operator entry.
  • Credit card validation and posting.
  • Process employee expense reports, credit card expenses, petty cash, ensuring compliance to the company's business expense policy.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and payment to claims department as required.
  • Perform any other tasks related to Accounting/Administration for the wellbeing of the department.
  • Assist in related clerical duties such as maintaining electronic filing and record systems.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Possess a minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Possess Excel skills, data processing familiarity
  • Be detailedoriented, organized and able to work under pressure
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
