Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
  • Review and interpret project plans, schematics, and blueprints
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers regarding project updates
  • Manage project budget and track expenses
  • Provide guidance and support to construction team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Salary:
$15.50-$34.46 per hour
