Johnson & Johnson Canada Inc., a member of the J&J Family of Companies, is recruiting for a
Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Project Coordinator, located in Markham, Ontario Canada.


This is a Fixed Term Employee 1 year contract position.
The HEMA Project Coordinator organizes and handles projects relating to the Trauma, Extremities, Craniomaxillofacial, and Sports product platforms.

The primary responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include partnering with Pre-Clinical, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Device-Epidemiology teams to drive short-term execution on health economics and market access projects.


Major responsibilities:


  • Runs overall project portfolio, assessing priority level and assuring that all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identifies obstacles to project completion or gaps in the process and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Run internal and external partners to develop health economic evidence to support the premium portfolio value proposition.
  • Medical writing capabilities to support the creation and updating of core scientific documents, including budget impact analyses/models, modeling technical reports, evidence synthesis reports, peer reviewed manuscripts and conference posters.
  • Conducts literature reviews to garner insights and provide insights and recommendations to Platform Leadership in Trauma, Extremities, Craniomaxillofacial, and Sports.
  • Coordinates the execution of Copy Approval projects in our asset management software.
  • Manages processing of contracts, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders to cover project development with vendor partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project coordination and/or project management experience is required.
  • Experience in Medical Device/MedTech or Pharma preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, possess outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), and operate with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high degree of integrity.
  • Ability to multitask, work with mínimal direction, and achieve results in a fastpaced environment is required.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Showed skill in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
  • Must be able to prioritize projects, maintain confidentiality, and operate with integrity in a complex, highprofile, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience supporting and working in a matrix organization is helpful.
