**Principales responsabilités**:

- Maintain the highest level of security for Bell Media platforms
- Keeps documentation of installations and systems
- Participate in problem management activities identifying root cause of all service disruptions
- Partner with company and vendor engineers in their product planning, architecture, design
- Assist peers and participate in infrastructure evaluation, testing and capacity planning
- Monitor system and network elements using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting procedures ; perform diagnostics of system hardware and software components
- Participate in off-hours installations or emergency interventions, on-call as required to support the service delivery of Bell Media products
- Liaise with third party vendors to ensure their services do not adversely affect the existing Bell Media production environment or for troubleshooting of complex issues
- Ensure 24x7 uptime of Bell Media computer and network based Broadcast infrastructure
- Act as the department technical lead and liaison on projects

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Diplôme en informatique, réseautage ou autre expérience équivalente
- L'expérience des médias de diffusion est précieuse
- Connaissances expertes avec les technologies Virtuelles Hypervisor (VMware ESX, Microsoft HyperV)
- Connaissance des scripts (VB, Powershell, Python, Json.)
- Compréhension de l'implémentation de LDAP par Microsoft (Active Directory)
- Connaissances approfondies en administration Windows Server
- Excellente connaissance des fondamentaux réseaux, TCP/IP

**Qualifications souhaitées**:

- Connaissance pratique de l'environnement de serveur cloud
- Connaissance pratique de l'administration de serveurs Linux
- Connaissance pratique des bases de données SQL et des performances
- Excellentes compétences en dépannage et être capable de démontrer comment elles ont été utilisées
- Connaissance des solutions de stockage au niveau de l'entreprise, y compris les systèmes SAN, NAS et LTO.
- Bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
- Une expérience antérieure en documentation est un plus
- Autodidacte motivé, avec une expérience éprouvée dans le suivi de plusieurs tâches et projets
- Un sens des responsabilités avec une expérience avérée de travail en équipe
- Capacité et désir de travailler en équipe pour accélérer la transformation des systèmes et des processus en utilisant Méthodologie Agile, incluant la participation aux Scrums etc
