Responsibilities:

Perform exceptional customer service while dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
Fulfills warranty discretion while dealing with claims
Attend scheduled meetings to promote all products and services offered while maintaining professionalism
Grow and track qualified sales leads/opportunities and perform follow up duties to gain customer confidence
Build strong business relationships
Prepare and present detailed quotations while remaining informed of competitor products and offerings
Manage an existing customer base while constantly cold calling new prospects
