Objective:


The People Analytics Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the performance of Miller's HR systems, gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics.

They will also lead the designing and improving of HRIS processes by combining their HR knowledge with expertise in HRIS.


Responsibilities:


  • Consult with the larger HR team to determine HRIS needs
  • Document processes, identify improvement opportunities and compile HR Reports
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Provide training and technical support to the HR Team on navigating HRIS modules
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including compensation and employee performance data
  • Perform regular audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar with 3+ years' experience as an HRIS coordinator/ analyst
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
  • Ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between HRIS and payroll systems
  • Advanced excel skills. Experience working with Power BI is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
